Terms of Service

Leybix is simple software for managing repair shops, phone stores, and computer stores: opening repair tickets, managing customers and devices, statuses, a price book, basic inventory management, internal payment tracking, printable device intake forms, and opening WhatsApp with a pre-filled message.

Leybix is not accounting software and not a financial management system. The Service does not issue tax invoices or official receipts, does not handle VAT or tax reporting, does not process card payments, and does not send WhatsApp or SMS messages automatically. Payment tracking in the Service is for internal business use only.

The Service may be used by business owners and their authorized employees only. You must provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including actions by employees you grant access to.

You may not use the Service unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms, and you may not reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the Service.

You own the data you enter into the Service, including information about your customers and their devices. You are responsible for the legality of collecting that data, obtaining any consents required from your customers, and using the data in accordance with applicable law, including privacy law.

You are responsible for complying with all legal obligations that apply to your business — including issuing tax invoices and receipts, tax and VAT reporting, and the warranty terms you offer your customers. The device intake form and payment tracking in the Service are internal work tools, not an official tax document or receipt.

All rights in the Service, its software, design, and the Leybix trademarks belong to us. You may not copy, distribute, or make commercial use of them without our written permission. Data you enter remains your property.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with no guarantee of continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time.

You are responsible for keeping backups of important data. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damage arising from reliance on the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. In any event, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, some data may be retained for a reasonable period as required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts located in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
